Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with Leanne Cavanagh Beauty & Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled treatment date.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change; however, we require adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• 48 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
• 24 hours’ notice or less:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
3. Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice without penalty (outside of the 7-day deposit window).
• Rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced.
• If we are unable to carry out the treatment due to late arrival, this may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
5. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
